Join me for a full day of yoga and meditation in a beautiful barn overlooking the peaceful Buckinghamshire countryside.
The day begins with a yang-dynamic practice, to warm and energise the body, working towards more challenging poses. The morning finishes with a relaxation and a short meditation.
A warm and nutritious seasonal lunch follows.
The afternoon of yin yoga - slow paced to aid release of the fascia - preparing the body for a longer meditation.
After a break for tea and cake, the day finishes with a candlelit meditation.
My intention is for everybody to withdraw temporarily from the world, and re-emerge energised and nourished, ready to go.

This retreat is suitable for all levels except complete beginners
