A 4 week Hatha Yoga course for level 1 or 2 students. Each class begins with some breathing for calming the nervous system, followed by various asanas (postures) focusing on different areas of the body to improve strength and flexibility and finishing with relaxation.

WAKE UP TO YOGA

A brilliant way to start the weekend! These 75 minute Hatha Yoga classes have a lively and invigorating feel. Great for anyone who wants to keep up a regular practice on a drop in basis.

Every Saturday from 5th January

Classes held at St Mark's Church Hall, Woodville Road
